Bonded logistics service center of LangFang Export Processing Zone

Description of project and its market analysis: In June 2005, Chinese State Council approved LangFang Export Processing Zone (hereinafter referred to LFEPZ), with an area of half a square kilometer. In December 2007, LFEPZ passed a joint check by 9 ministries of State level, namely General Administration of Customs, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine, Ministry of Commerce, National Development & Reform Commission, Land & Resources Ministry and State Administration of Foreign Exchange etc. On February 9th 2009, ‘Notice on expanding bonded logistics, research & development and inspection in export processing zones’ was approved by State Council and was issued by General Administration of Customs, permitting all export processing zones to handle bonded logistics, R&D, inspection and maintenance. Therefore LFEPZ is supposed to become a special area of state level in HeBei province entitled to modern logistics. In order to radiate surrounding areas and connect domestic & international markets, bonded Logistics Service center of LFEPZ connecting Beijing,&Tanjin and depending on LFETDZ and BDA is going to aim to first develop goods trading concerning bonded logistics and secondly cultivate productive services and value-added processing concerning R&D, inspection and maintenance.
